NSW Government calls Expressions of Interest to build world-class light rail in Parramatta

The next stage of the procurement process for Parramatta Light Rail has kicked off, marking another milestone for the project.

Expressions of Interest have been released to design, construct, operate and maintain Parramatta Light Rail Stage 1, with world-leading international and Australian companies specialising in delivering state-of-the-art light rail networks.

Expressions of Interest have been called for:

• Infrastructure - design and construct Stage 1
• Supply, operate and maintain - Supply light rail vehicles, as well as operate and maintain the Stage 1 system

The call for Expressions of Interest for these two contracts will ensure main works contracts will be awarded next year.
